Hi, my name is Sarah (she/her), and this is a space where your story matters!

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. I work with adults aged 18 years and over, I am grounded in person-centred counselling and supported by mental health and wellbeing coaching.

This integrative way of working allows space for emotional depth and processing, alongside practical strategies that support resilience, confidence, and intentional change, within a safe, trauma-informed, and ethical framework.

I believe our experiences - whether everyday, challenging, or traumatic, shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate the world, but they do not have to define who we are or limit what we hope for in our future.

What Can Therapy Offer You?

By gently exploring past experiences and early relationships, we can develop insight into emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and nervous system responses. Gaining awareness of how the past impacts life today can support self-compassion and acceptance and, importantly, create more choice in how you find direction for your future, guided by your own authenticity, values, and passions.

You bring your experiences; I offer support, perspective, and a steady space to work through anxiety and trauma, gain clarity, and make choices that feel more aligned with the life you want…and deserve.
